POLL WATCHER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE LETTERS

Once you complete a zoom or in person training class, or take the video self-study series with the self-review quiz, you will be emailed links to the shift signups, with an attachment for your Poll Watcher packet including:

Your Authorized Representative Letter for the General Election
A one-page Poll Watcher Pocket Guide for Early Voting and Election Day
Shift Notes Report Forms for Early Voting, Election Day and Microshift Groups

If you need us to resend your personalized Authorized Representative Letters for the General Election, email pollwatchers@fairfaxgop.org.

With your emailed Poll Watcher packet described above, you’ll also receive the shift sign up links for Early Voting, Election Day MicroShifters, the Central Absentee Precinct, and Priority Precincts. The links are provided only to volunteers who have taken some form of training or review. If you have completed training and not received an email with the links to the signup pages, contact pollwatchers@fairfaxgop.org.

2025 Election Day Logic & Accuracy Test Machine Certification Data for all precincts: Public and Protected counts for DS300 Ballot scanners, Red tape seal number, zip tie seal numbers, etc.

These are all included in your Poll Watcher packet, emailed to you after you complete a class.

EARLY VOTING PRINT REPORT FORM : Download the Early Voting Printable Report Form, used to write down your shift data. The online form for Early Voting will be available before Election Day for each election, at fairfaxelectioninfo.com.
MICROSHIFTERS ELECTION DAY PRINT REPORT FORM: The Microshifter Training PowerPoint provides a quick training overview. Most Election Day Poll Watchers will sign up for a “Microshifter” group of 5 clustered precincts. Download the print form of the Election Day Microshifter Printable Report Form, used to write down your shift data for each of the precincts in your Microshifter group. Then copy that data (just a few items) to the online version of the form at fairfaxmicroshifters.com for each of those precincts.
PRIORITY PRECINCTS ELECTION DAY PRINT REPORT FORMS: Download the priority precinct print Election Day form for the 2025 General Election. The online versions of these forms for Priority Precincts for Election Day will be available on Election Day at fairfaxelectioninfo.com
