New Date! ACAT Exposes Communist/Socialist Influence on Education, 1/23 at 7:30 PM

New Date! ACAT Exposes Communist/Socialist Influence on Education, 1/23 at 7:30 PM

January 17, 2019 by admin in FCRC meetings News

FCRC will hold an “unofficial” meeting during 7:30 – 8:45 PM on Wednesday, January 23, at the James Madison High School Auditorium, 2500 James Madison Drive, Vienna, VA 22181.

(See the map at the end of the article for where to park and enter the school.)

Meeting check-in will start at 6:45 PM. Light snacks and beverages will be served but NOT dinner.

The meeting is a make-up for the official meeting scheduled for January 15 that was canceled because of school closing.

The meeting is “unofficial” because the near-term date for the meeting does not allow sufficient time for the 10-day meeting call required by FCRC’s Plan of Organization. As an “unofficial” meeting, FCRC will postpone any votes that might arise to the regularly scheduled February meeting. Requirements for meeting attendance will also be waived.

The reasons for holding the “unofficial” meeting are to: 1) provide information about the upcoming special election in the 86th Delegate District; 2) update FCRC members about plans for developing the party and supporting 2019 Republican candidates; and 3) gain the benefit of the presentation on communist / socialist influence on education originally scheduled for the meeting that was canceled.

Meeting Presentation:  ACAT Exposes Communist / Socialist Influence on Education. The Anticommunism Action Team (ACAT) will review how communist/socialist ideology and tactics have adversely influenced American education.

The Anticommunism Action Team is an independent, unaffiliated grassroots group of concerned citizens. Its mission is “to discredit communist ideology and counter communist influence here and abroad.”

Led by Chris Wright, a lawyer and liberty activist, the group offers experienced speakers, news updates, opinion articles, videos, an informative website, and even a college course—all focused on exposing “the false allure of communism.”

Fairfax County Republican Committee
Membership Meeting, Tuesday 1/15

The Anticommunism Action Team (ACAT) will review how communist/socialist ideology and tactics have adversely influenced American education at the Fairfax County Republican Committee meeting scheduled for 7:30 – 8:45 PM on Tuesday, January 15, at the James Madison High School Auditorium, 2500 James Madison Drive, Vienna, VA 22181.

The Anticommunism Action Team is an independent, unaffiliated grassroots group of concerned citizens. Its mission is “to discredit communist ideology and counter communist influence here and abroad.” Led by Chris Wright, a lawyer and liberty activist, the group offers experienced speakers, news updates, opinion articles, videos, an informative website, and even a college course—all focused on exposing “the false allure of communism.”

At our FCRC meeting, Mr. Wright and journalist Alex Newman (via video) will examine:
*The role of committed socialist and humanist John Dewey in shaping America’s public school system.
*Charlotte Iserbyt’s heroic work in unearthing evidence of American education betrayal that she documented in her book, “The Deliberate Dumbing
Down of America.”
*How American education has been taken over by the Left.

Come to the FCRC meeting and hear how the Left’s takeover of America’s education system is harming our children and setting the stage for

Come Hear Ying Ma Devastate Identity Politics at FCRC Meeting, 12/11 at 7:30PM

December 5, 2018 by admin in Fairfax County Republican Committee FCRC meetings News

Stabbing Identity Politics to Death: An Honest Way of Reaching out to Women and Minorities in the Trump Era.

The paragraph title is the subject of the talk that columnist and author Ying Ma will deliver to the Fairfax County Republican Committee meeting scheduled for 7:30 – 8:45 PM on Tuesday, December 11, at Luther Jackson Middle School Auditorium, 3020 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042.

(See the map at the end of the article for where to park and enter the school.)

Ms. Ma is one of the Democrats’ worst nightmares. As “a woman, a racial minority, and an immigrant” from a working class family who has earned exceptional educational degrees and professional acclaim, she disdains political correctness, opposes illegal entry to our country, champions individual liberty and the rule of law, and rejects identity politics.

Cynthia Dunbar to Speak at FCRC Meeting: 7:30 PM, Tuesday, Nov 13

RNC Committeewoman Cynthia Dunbar to Address SexEd
FCRC Meeting:  7:30 PM, Tuesday, November 13

The 2018 elections are history—time to focus on the 2019 local elections, including the 12-person Fairfax County School Board.

With that in mind, come out and listen to public education expert Cynthia Dunbar discuss the egregious attacks against our liberty, including the attack on our freedom to decide what our children will be taught, at our next FCRC meeting scheduled for 7:30 – 8:45 PM on Tuesday, November 13, at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology Auditorium, 6560 Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA 22312.

A renowned speaker and one of Virginia’s two representatives on the Republican National Committee (RNC), Ms. Dunbar will speak on “The Hand That Rocks The Cradle.” She will address ongoing battles parents face, including Fairfax County Public Schools’ Instructional Services Department (ISD) and its Family Life Education (FLE) curriculum as well as the new assault on our children’s innocence through the potential for exposure to graphic pornography through academic databases.

These are just a few reasons why she drafted and sponsored the RNC resolution requiring a proactive opt-in by parents prior to any child being exposed to such salacious sexual content. The RNC unanimously adopted this resolution.
