2025 Poll Watcher Training Classes 

Sign up for a 2025 Poll Watcher Training Class listed in the schedule below. You can review the class PowerPoints and other materials at any time at our Poll Watcher Resources page including the Early Voting/Election Day Poll Watcher PowerPoint Slides and the Central Absentee Precinct (mail-in ballots) Poll Watcher PowerPoint Slides.

Classes are offered in three ways: 1) Pre-recorded video lessons, 2) Zoom classes, and 3) in-person. As soon as you complete a class, you will receive your authorization letter, shift sign up links and poll watcher packet!

1 — FASTEST AND EASIEST! PRE-RECORDED VIDEO COURSES:

• For Early Voting and Election Day Poll Watchers: Review the PowerPoints and/or watch eight short pre-recorded video lessons, followed by a simple 10-question review quiz.
• For Central Absentee Precinct (Absentee mail-in ballots) Poll Watchers: Review the PowerPoints and/or watch six short pre-recorded video lessons, followed by a simple 10-question review quiz.
  You can resubmit a quiz multiple times and correct any wrong answers. You’ll then receive your authorization letter, shift signup links and poll watcher packet. 

2 — ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES WITH TRAINER: Listed below – sign up for classes offered online via Zoom from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.  The training takes just over 1 hour, followed by Q&A.

3 — IN-PERSON CLASSES WITH A TRAINER: Listed below – sign up for in-person classes marked in RED. In-person classes are limited to 21 attendees. All in-person classes are held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Fairfax County Republican Committee Headquarters at 4246 Chain Bridge Rd, Fairfax VA. 22030.
