The ongoing controversy surrounding Abrar Omeish has only intensified, following the embattled school board member’s divisive, ideologically-charged rhetoric at Justice High School’s graduation ceremony.
Fairfax County’s Gary Aiken, a Jewish father of two, joined “Fox & Friends First” to discuss his concerns about what he called “vile anti-Semitic tweets on her social accounts.” Last month, as Hamas fired thousands of rockets at Israeli population centers, Omeish claimed the Jewish nation-state “desecrates the Holy Land” and “kills Palestinians.” Notably, she failed to condemn Hamas.
Aiken said it was “no surprise” that Omeish used her Justice High School graduation address to “drive further division.”

Another local parent, former Wall Street Journal reporter Asra Nomani, was on “Fox & Friends” to share her perspective on the Omeish scandal. ” I know her very well. I’m also a Muslim,” Nomani said. “Her father and the elders in the community that brought her to office are part of this network of political Islam in America that have joined together with the Far Left in order to create a Trojan Horse to basically hijack our schools with their radical ideology.”
