Are you ready to support our candidates for office? If so, the Fairfax GOP’s reinvigorated Campaigns & Elections Committee is for you! To volunteer, please sign up here or email GOPelections@gmail.com.
To make any headway in Fairfax County, it is vital that we prepare to field and support qualified, reform-minded candidates who understand the role of government is to serve the people (not the other way around).
Led by Vice Chair for Campaigns and Elections Nick Andersen, the Fairfax GOP’s Campaigns & Elections Committee is seeking committed, results-oriented volunteers in the following areas:
Are you interested in running for office? The Fairfax GOP will host a candidate interest forum in the near future to share information on the steps required to successfully run for elected office. In addition to the usual races in November 2023, a special election to fill the vacant 35th District seat in Virginia’s House of Delegates will be held in January.
Interested candidates for Virginia Senate, House of Delegates, Board of Supervisors, School Board, Clerk of Court, Commonwealth Attorney, Sheriff, or Soil & Water Board should email GOPelections@gmail.com to learn more.
As Fairfax GOP Chairman recently told The Virginia Star: “Although progress has been made, there remains a lot of work to do in Richmond. We need to elect more legislators who back Governor Youngkin’s commonsense agenda to make Virginia the best state in the nation to live, work, and raise a family.”
