Gubernatorial candidate Sergio de la Peña joined the Fairfax GOP’s Vinson Palathingal and Srilekha Palle, live on Facebook, for a robust and wide-ranging conversation about the issues facing Virginia this year.
A husband, father of five, and a highly decorated Army colonel, de la Peña shared his own fervent belief in our nation’s founding ideals.
“We have common American values that transcend any type of racial group,” de la Peña said. “I would argue the American Dream is what makes that happen — and that American Dream was forged in the cradle of the American Experiment, which is here in Virginia.”
