The Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) is attempting to push through dramatic fee increases while taxpayers were focused on Thanksgiving celebrations. These increases will hit hardworking Fairfax families starting January 1st:

• Recreation center fees for families: 32% INCREASE
• Pavilions, picnic areas, and camping: 30%+ INCREASE
• Golf fees: Up to 20% INCREASE
• Golf and room rentals: 25% INCREASE (effective 2025)

This comes on top of already skyrocketing property taxes and a proposed meal tax. The FCPA continues to demand more from taxpaying residents while providing free services to non-contributing individuals.
