Fairfax County School Board Work Session is scheduled for Tuesday, June 26th from 5:30 to 6:30 at Gatehouse. The Board will review the recent Auditor General’s Report on Contracts highlighting significant deficiencies in controls, processes and procedures, including many that were identified in a 2015 audit and left unaddressed. The School Board and the administration have failed to institute appropriate and robust controls and contracting practices.
Come to the Work Session to show support for instituting appropriate controls and bringing substantive transparency and accountability to FCPS – We don’t have resources to waste.
