>>If VM (Voicemail): Hi, this is first_name with Fairfax Republicans. There’s a
special election happening now, and it’s critical that you return your Absentee
Ballot immediately. Vote NO to keep Virginia’s current, balanced Congressional
maps. Vote NO to protect Republican votes in future elections. Return your ballot
at any Early Voting location, or by mail. For a list of locations, see
FairfaxGOP.org/voter-info and Vote NO!

>>If answered: Hi, this is first_name with Fairfax Republicans. May I speak
to VoterFirstName, please? Your absentee ballot for the April election hasn’t been
counted yet. Have you sent it in?
>>If Not Received: Ballots were mailed beginning March 6. You can track
the status of your ballot at FairfaxGOP.org/track or call the Office of
Elections at 703-324-4969. You can still vote early in person by April 18, or
on Election Day, April 21st at your regular poll.
>>If Received: Preferably, drop your ballot off at an early voting location near you. The Fairfax County Government Center is open Monday through Friday,
8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Do you know the closest one to you? (see LIST) Or mail
your absentee ballot back as soon as possible.

open now through Saturday, April 18. Do you know the closest one to you?
(see LIST)

FAQ for Phone bankers:

FairfaxGOP.org/Voter-info answers most questions about how and where to vote.

“How did you know I requested a ballot?” Ballot requests are public information,
updated daily by the Fairfax County Board of Elections. I’m calling to see if you
need information on returning your ballot.

“Don’t call me again!” I’ll remove you from our list. Thank you. Never argue!

“Why is there a Special Election?” This is a referendum that would change the
balance of Virginia’s 11 Congressional Districts. We currently have 6 Democrats
and 5 Republicans in Congress. With the new maps redrawn by Democrats in
power, that would change to 10 Democrats and ONE Republican. That’s wrong, and that’s why you should Vote NO. For more information, please go to
Fairfaxgop.org/voter-info

If Ballot was not received- Go to FairfaxGOP.org/track to track your ballot securely, or call the Office of Elections at 703-324-4969. You can still vote in person Early or on Election Day, Tuesday, April 21st, but it will be a Provisional Ballot until they are sure you only voted once.

Return ballot by mail – Slowest and least secure way to return your ballot. It must be postmarked by April 21 and must arrive by noon, April 24. We recommend returning your ballot to a dropbox at any early voting location.

Vote In Person - You can vote in person but you must bring your ballot and surrender it to the Election Officer when you check in at Early Voting or your regular poll on Election Day, April 21st, 6 AM to 7 PM.

Important Dates:
April 10 – Last Day to request an Absentee Ballot, 5 PM
April 14 – Last Day to Register to Vote
April 18 – Last Day to Vote Early
April 21 – Election Day! Your regular neighborhood Precinct Poll is open 6 am- 7
pm, with a Dropbox for your Absentee Ballot. Last day to mail your Absentee
Ballot.
