FCRC Members,

I, Tim Hannigan, Chairman of the Fairfax County Republican Committee, do hereby call for a meeting of the Fairfax County Republican Committee to be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, at W.T. Woodson High School, 9525 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22031.

Meeting check-in will start at 6:45 p.m.

Light snacks and beverages will be served but NOT dinner.

The agenda for the meeting follows:

7:30 PM:  Call to Order
7:31 PM:  Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance, RPV Creed
7:35 PM:  Approval of April Meeting Minutes
7:40 PM:  Treasurer’s Report
7:45 PM:  Approval of FCRC Officials & New Members
7:50 PM:  Chair Report – FCRC Progress
8:00 PM:  Guest Speaker (description to follow in subsequent email blast)
8:30 PM:  Announcements
8:40 PM:  Adjourn Business Meeting
