LISTEN: It’s Time for Virginia Republicans to Unite and Win

Fairfax GOP Chairman Steve Knotts joined WMAL’s Mornings on the Mall radio program last week to discuss the Republican Party of Virginia’s new slate of candidates for statewide office: Glenn Youngkin for Governor; Winsome Sears for Lieutenant Governor; and Jason Miyares for Attorney General.

“We’ve got the ticket, from top to bottom,” Knotts said. “We’ve got the best and most qualified slate — and they just happen to be diverse.”

WMAL host Vince Coglianese noted the critical role Fairfax County plays in statewide elections. Knotts is convinced that significant inroads will be made in the county this year.  “We’ve got excitement in Northern Virginia that I have not seen before,” the chairman said. “We’re working hard.”

“You’ve got one of the most important jobs in the country this year,” Coglianese told Knotts.
