Myles discussed his own family’s frustrations with Fairfax County’s struggling government-run schools. “We tried to pull our son out last year, and we could not find a school with space that we could afford,” Myles said. “The schools are hemorrhaging students — nearly 10,000 and they’re losing more because they just don’t care about academic excellence like they did in the past.”
