ICYMI: RPV Chairman Jack Wilson Talks U.S. Senate Primary

April 2, 2020 in Election News

Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) Chairman Jack Wilson was on WMAL’s Larry O’Connor Show Wednesday afternoon, to discuss the U.S. Senate primary in light of Governor Northam’s “stay at home” order.

The Commonwealth’s primary election for U.S. Senate (effectively a GOP-only event this year) is scheduled to be held on June 9, 2020, which is also the deadline for nominating all federal candidates.

Governor Northam’s “stay at home” order does not expire until June 10, 2020. You are still free to vote in-person, although voting absentee is encouraged.
