The 2020 Republican National Convention was a great success, in terms of both substance and flair. As Breitbart’s Jonathan Pollack noted: “Over four nights, we saw speaker after speaker telling the stories of African Americans, of immigrants, of women — and of how President Trump had fought for them all.”
In historic remarks Thursday night, delivered in front of the White House, President Trump struck a patriotic, optimistic chord. “I want every child in America to know that you are part of the most exciting and incredible adventure in human history,” the President said. “No matter where your family comes from, no matter your background in America, anyone can rise. With hard work, devotion and drive, you can reach any goal and achieve any ambition.”
The convention ended with spectacular fireworks and stirring music, as tenor Christopher Macchio sang from the Blue Room balcony.
