America is a special place in that it’s citizens are free within our Federal Republic in ways that are unique among human societies. And as Virginians, we enjoy a state Constitution that was designed by the same minds that created many of the U.S. Federal documents. Getting to know and understand these foundational documents is the first step in ensuring our freedoms, rights, and responsibilities are promoted within Fairfax County.
