Fairfax County Donors, Volunteers “Feed the Troops”

Last month, the Fairfax GOP announced its Help Feed Our Troops initiative. The effort raised $6,294.44, which allowed volunteers to pack 1,464 snack packs into 61 boxes.

Every bag of goodies was signed by a volunteer, along with a hand-written message of gratitude. The food was delivered to U.S. troops stationed in D.C. earlier this month by volunteer project manager Chris Addams.
