Special Election: Virginia Redistricting Referendum – Deadline 4 Absentee Ballot Request

There is a statewide Special Election ballot referendum for ALL Virginia voters!

ALL VOTERS SHOULD VOTE NO ON VIRGINIA REDISTRICTING!

Proposed Virginia Constitutional Amendment:

Ballot Question: Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia’s standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?

Early Voting Opens: Friday, March 6th and ENDS on Saturday, April 18th

Fairfax County Voters can go to ANY of the following:

March 6 – April 18, Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturdays (April 11, April 18): 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sundays: Closed
Mt. Vernon Governmental Center, 2511 Parkers Lane, Alexandria, 22306
March 6 – April 18, Monday – Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

*13 additional Early Voting Sites will open on Saturday, April 11
  • Early Voting will END on Saturday, April 18th
  • Election Day for this Special Election on the Redistricting Amendment is Tuesday, April 21st – ALL VOTERS MUST VOTE AT THEIR ASSIGNED PRECINCT POLL.  Polls will be open 6:00AM – 7:00PM.
