The Online Candidate Development Workshop is designed to work with the Campaign Management Workshop. The program helps current and prospective candidates identify the steps needed to run a successful campaign.
The workshop focuses on personal and political preparation for future service as an elected official and community leader. Additional on-demand content, which complements this material, is available to program enrollees.
Ideal attendees for the Online Candidate Development Workshop are individuals who are looking to become more politically active. Candidates, campaign staff, and volunteers involved at any level should attend.
Attendees will learn how to:
• Preparing Your Campaign (March 24)
• Communicate with Voters (March 31)
• Fundraising and GOTV (April 7)
This training has three parts, March 24, March 31, and April 7. Sessions will be available on-demand approximately one week after the live webinar*. You only need to register once to receive the login for all three sessions and the code to unlock the online class. Instructions on how to log on to the training will be sent after registration. Instructions on accessing the on-demand replay will be sent after each webinar.
*On-demand availability is subject to the successful recording of the sessions.
