McLean Veterans Day Ceremony

Join fellow Patriots on the 11th day of the 11th month at the 11th hour as we pay tribute to our Veterans – those who paid the ultimate price, as well as the brave men and women who came home, worked hard, and made America a stronger nation.

This Veterans Day ceremony is being held in partnership with the 50thAnniversary Vietnam War Commemoration. All U.S. veterans who served on active duty between November 1,1955 and May 15,1975, regardless of location, are invited to attend and receive a commemorative Vietnam Veteran lapel pin.

Guest Speaker will be Retired Colonel Mark R. Franklin.

An Open House social will be held at American Legion Post 270 Home, 1355 Balls Hill Road, McLean from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM.  View Map
