Join the Latino NRC-VA for a Spirit of Latinos in Virginia Celebration tonight.  Bring your spouse, significant other, and conservative friends for a FUN evening that will include:

  • Latin Hors d’oeuvres, arepas station & desserts
  • Folklore Dancers from Bolivia, Guatemala, Peru, and Venezuela
