Last December 13th, Fairfax County School (FCPS) Board Chairman Karl Frisch, a Soros-funded
California native, took his Oath of Office on a stack of pornographic FCPS school library books,
including Gender Queer, Lawn Boy, and All Boys Aren’t Blue.
These books violate federal law under Title 18 Section 1466A, which prohibits the distribution of
obscene matter to minors, including cartoon illustrations depicting minors engaged in sex acts.
Offenders can receive 5-20 years in prison.
Elected officials like Karl Frisch are eligible for Recall after only ONE YEAR in office! Karl’s actions
also call into question the validity of his current public office, if investigated as a violation of VA Code
“oath guidelines,” which could result in a fine and removal of office.
Parents in Fairfax County stood up and said: ENOUGH!
