Draft “Transgender Guidelines” Would Undermine Family Rights and Values

February 3, 2021 in Education News

The Arlington Parent Coalition‘s Kristen Allen joined WMAL’s Mornings on the Mall radio program to break down Virginia’s new, draft guidelines for transgender ideology in government-run “public” schools.

“In 2018, the chair of an advocacy group for transgenders (GLSEN) told the Washington Post that Virginia and California were going to be laboratories in which they tested fairly radical policies,” Allen noted. “They were very successful in implementing this stuff in Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun.”

Now, Allen warns, advocates are ready to bring highly controversial, ideologically-driven transgender programs to every Virginia “public” school. “It’s an attack on families and it’s an attack on the identity of our children in their most vulnerable stages,” Allen said today on WMAL.
