In Case You Missed It: The Fairfax County Public Schools system is under investigation after explosive allegations that school officials arranged and paid for abortions for two students, without telling their parents.
One former student says a school social worker scheduled her abortion and paid for it using school resources. Another, when five months pregnant, was allegedly told by a school social worker that she “had no choice” but to have an abortion, but managed to actually flee from the clinic. In both cases, parents were kept completely in the dark.
Can you imagine never knowing that your daughter had an abortion during school hours? We know the leftists in control of NOVA schools want to control our students, drive a wedge between parents and their children and completely disregard parental rights. Starting in May 2022, Centreville High School teacher Zenaida Perez tried to sound the alarm seven times about school officials allegedly arranging and paying for abortions for underage students without parental consent, only to be ignored and reportedly retaliated against.
Fairfax County used to require parental permission for almost everything. As a former FCPS parent and PTA president, the principal of my son’s school would not let my son on the bus to go on a field trip because I signed the permission form in the wrong spot until they spoke to me. On another occasion, my husband wasted two hours of work time running back and forth to school and to the pharmacy because the school nurse would not accept an open bottle of Tylenol to give my son when he had a headache. But now secret abortions are OK?
Hope you can join us Thursday night. Please spread the word.
