In a desperate effort to hold on to the radical left wing of the Democrat Party, President Joe Biden’s Department of Education released their final updates to Title IX regulations on April 12th. They emphasized that the changes were made to ensure LGBTQ students are protected under provisions regarding sexual harassment and assaults, but the glaring omission was a position on transgender athletes competing against biological females.
