Why Are Dems Afraid of Parents?

You would think the principles in Republicans’ Parents’ Bill of Rights would be bipartisan:

Parents have the right to know what their children are being taught.
Parents have the right to be heard.
Parents have the right to see the school budget and spending.
Parents have the right to protect their child’s privacy.
Parents have the right to keep their children safe.

But what do Democrats have to say? In an echo of the Biden DOJ memo smearing concerned parents as “domestic terrorists,” Democrats claim that giving parents a say in their own kids’ lives “terrorize[s]” schools.

Since when is an involved parent something to discourage? It begs the question: what part of giving parents a say makes Democrats so afraid?
