Drag Queen Story Time” is coming to the Fairfax County Public Library this fall, according to Evelyn BruMar of the Casa BruMar Foundation.

BruMar’s announcement was later confirmed via email by Renee Edwards, the public library’s program and educational services director.

In a prior social media post, the Casa BruMar Foundation thanked its “Sponsors and Allied Benefactors for supporting us and Drag Queen Story Time” — to include the “Fairfax Democrats.”

County parent and former school board candidate Priscilla DeStefano joined WMAL’s Larry O’Connor Show to discuss the public library’s decision to host a “sexually charged” event for kids.
