NRA Political Victory Fund Endorses Corey Stewart

Woodbridge, VA – Republican U.S. Senate nominee Corey Stewart today welcomed the endorsement of the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF):

“I very much appreciate the NRA’s endorsement,” Stewart said. “Virginia gun owners can rest assured that when I am elected, they will have a friend in the U.S. Senate. I will tirelessly defend the entire Bill of Rights — including the 2nd Amendment.”

The NRA’s endorsement letter hailed Stewart’s “A” rating from the organization, which “is reserved for a solidly pro-gun legislator who has supported NRA positions on key votes and issues.”

The endorsement specifically referenced Stewart’s record in Prince William County, where he “led an effort to reduce regulatory burdens for concealed handgun permit holders.”

Prince William County, under Stewart’s leadership, successfully eliminated its local “concealed carry” permit fee in 2016.
