Gary Aiken Visits Saint Katherine Greek Orthodox Church

By Mary Tanzer

Father Konstantinos Pavlakos introduced Gary Aiken, Mason District Supervisor candidate, to Saint Katherine’s congregation last Sunday. Members greeted Gary and enthusiastically welcomed his candidacy.

Father Costas and church leaders, Col. Nicholas Vamvakias and Nickolas Pekatos, escorted Gary for coffee in the hall to continue the conversations where Gary listened to their concerns about church property, county interactions, parking, safety, and many other issues.

Gary promised to take church affairs seriously when he becomes Mason District Supervisor in November. Gary reminded them that nothing will change if the current incumbent remains in place; so it is imperative for everyone to vote for him on November 5th,  or earlier, if change is to happen. Absentee voting runs from October 19th through November 2nd at the Mason District Government Center.

Gary will be attending the Saint Katherine Fall 2019 Greek Festival on Sunday, October 6 at 3149 Glen Carlyn Road, Falls Church, VA 22041. Come out and meet Gary there!
