Tim Hugo is the current Delegate for Virginia’s 40th district and the Majority Caucus Chairman. Born and raised in Virginia, he is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Senior Managers in Government Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. A leader on transportation issues, he previously served as the Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the US House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Today, Hugo lives in Clifton with his wife and their four children.
