Colonial Mount Vernon Republican Women’s Club will be hosting a bake sale during the Fairfax GOP Membership meeting on August 20th. All proceeds will go to support our Liberty Tree Scholarship Fund. Our club gives out a $2500 scholarship in the Spring to a graduating Senior in the Mount Vernon or Franconia/Lee Districts. The graduating senior must be accepted to a four-year college, trade school or two-year college in order to be able to receive the scholarship.
