The U.S. Senate will vote TONIGHT on a bill that would strengthen a federal ban on infanticide.
The 2019 Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, introduced by Senator Ben Sasse (R-Nebraska), would “prohibit a health care practitioner from failing to exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion.”
Tonight’s vote comes in the wake of New York State’s extreme abortion-until-birth law, and even more extreme comments from Virginia Delegate Kathy Tran and Governor Ralph Northam.
Call Senators Tim Kaine (202.224.4024) and Mark Warner (202.224.2023) RIGHT NOW, and urge them to vote YES on the “2019 Born Alive Act!”
